ROMANTIC TIMES CONVENTION IN HOUSTON

My genetics thriller SEQUENCE was a finalist for a best first mystery at the Romantic Times Convention. A veteran of Bouchercon, I was a Romantic Times virgin, unprepared for the costumes at the Fairy Ball and Vampire Ball. But, you can see that I quickly fell into the rhythm of it, mingling with writers like Jade Lee and candidates for the Mr. Romantic Times Cover Model.
